These Terms govern use of the Wattux storefront and purchases made from it. “Wattux,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the business operating as Wattux. “You” means the person using the storefront or placing an order. Legal entity name and governing-law clauses are completed before publication.

Store use and eligibility

You agree to provide accurate information, use the storefront lawfully, and not interfere with its operation or misuse another person’s account or payment method. We may refuse or cancel orders where fraud, abuse, inventory error, pricing error, or an unlawful transaction is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law.

Products and product information

We try to keep product descriptions, photos, specifications, compatibility notes, pricing, and availability accurate, but supplier data can change. Colors and appearance may vary by screen or production batch. Product specifications and compatibility should be checked before purchase.

Unless expressly stated, Wattux products are consumer gadgets and are not medical, safety-critical, professional, or financial devices. We do not make medical, financial, emergency, or other unsupported performance claims.

Compatibility depends on the product, connector, operating system, device model, power requirements, and customer setup. “Compatible” does not mean that every feature works with every device.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation means we received the request; it does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may correct obvious errors, request additional information, or cancel and refund an order when permitted by law. Payment must be authorized through the payment method offered at checkout.

Shipping estimates and the separate Returns & Refunds Policy apply to purchases. Products may be shipped by third-party fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages.

Intellectual property

The Wattux name, logos, original text, graphics, and storefront content belong to Wattux or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used commercially without permission. Product names, marks, and images owned by suppliers or manufacturers remain their property.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, suppliers, and other third parties may provide parts of the shopping and fulfillment experience. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the storefront and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or our responsibility for conduct that cannot legally be limited.
